The Town Board of the Town of Waterford hereby finds and declares
that substantial risk and harm is created by the utilization of firearms
within Town parks, and it is the intention of the Town Board to prohibit
such activities.
The use of firearms within Town parks is prohibited.
A violation of § 84-11 hereof is hereby declared a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine of up to $250 for the first offense and up to $1,000 for every offense thereafter.
