As used in this article, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
Includes readily ignitable and free-burning fibers, such
as cotton, sisal, henequen, ixtle, jute, hemp, tow, cocoa fiber, oakum,
baled waste, baled wastepaper, kapok, hay, straw, Spanish moss, excelsior
and other like materials.
Unlimited quantities of hay, straw and other agricultural products
may be stored in or near farm buildings located outside closely built
areas. No permit shall be required for such storage.
