Editor's Note: Former Art. VIII, Department of Buildings, Parks and Grounds, added 9-18-2012 by Ord. No. 2012-03, as amended, was repealed 2-20-2018 by Ord. No. 2018-03. Article 3 of this ordinance stated that the Department of Public Works, and the Department of Buildings, Parks and Grounds, are hereby consolidated and merged into one singular Department of Public Works, thereby eliminating the Department of Buildings, Parks and Grounds.
