There is hereby created the office of Municipal Attorney.
The Municipal Attorney shall be appointed by the Township Committee.
The term of office of the Municipal Attorney shall be until
January 1 next following the date of such appointment.
The Municipal Attorney shall perform such duties as are assigned
from time to time by the Township Committee.
The retainer of the Municipal Attorney shall be fixed by the
annual Salary Ordinance of the Township of Eagleswood. Additional
fees shall be approved by the Township Committee.
