There is hereby created the office of Municipal Tax Collector.
The Municipal Tax Collector shall be appointed by the Township
Committee.
The term of office of the Municipal Tax Collector shall be four
years from the first day of January next following his appointment.
The Municipal Tax Collector shall perform such duties as are
assigned from time to time by the Township Committee.
The salary of the Municipal Tax Collector shall be as fixed
by the annual Salary Ordinance of the Township of Eagleswood. Additional
fees shall be approved by the Township Committee.
