Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 110 of the Laws of 1988,
there is hereby created the office of Chief Financial Officer.[1]

The Chief Financial Officer shall be appointed by the Mayor
with the advice and consent of the Township Committee. The term of
the Chief Financial Officer shall be four years from the first day
of January of the year of the appointment.
The Chief Financial Officer shall perform such duties as are
assigned from time to time by the Mayor or Township Committee.
The salary of the Chief Financial Officer shall be as fixed
by the annual Salary Ordinance of the Township of Eagleswood.
