There is hereby established the position of Secretary of the
Land Use Board for the Township of Eagleswood.
The Secretary of the Land Use Board shall be appointed by the
Land Use Board and shall serve for a term of one year, commencing
on January 1 of the year of appointment and ending on December 31,
or until a successor shall be appointed and qualified.
The Secretary shall perform such secretarial and clerical duties
as assigned by the Land Use Board. The Secretary shall attend all
Land Use Board meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and perform such
duties as necessary as relate to applications before the Land Use
Board and other duties as directed by the Land Use Board.
The salary for the Secretary shall be established by the Township
Committee and shall be paid in accordance with the provisions of the
Salary Ordinance of the Township of Eagleswood.
