No license or permit authorized or issued by the Township Committee of the Township of Eagleswood shall be enlarged, extended, amended or transferred from person to person or from place to place unless such enlargement, extension, amendment or transfer is authorized by resolution of the Township Committee, after submission of a proper application and fee, and after proof of compliance with the provisions of all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations.
Prior to any such authorization to enlarge, extend, amend or transfer any such license, an applicant therefor shall be required to submit a written application containing all of the information required for an original application for the specific type of license involved, unless the form of application is more particularly specified by any applicable law, ordinance or regulations.
Any application for such an enlargement, extension, amendment or transfer of a license shall be accompanied by a fee amounting to 1/2 of the basic annual fee for the specific type of license involved, unless the fee for such an application is more particularly specified by a specific provision contained in any law, ordinance or regulation.

A. 
The Mayor and Township Committee do hereby authorize the exemption of the payment of any municipal licensing fees for games of chance such as bingo from all qualified organizations pursuant to N.J.A.C. 13:47-4.10.
B. 
The Mayor and Township Committee recognize that the payment of any and all fees due to the Control Commission remain in effect and must be forwarded to the Control Commission.
C. 
The Mayor and Township Committee do hereby authorize a copy of this section shall be forwarded to the Control Commission immediately upon adoption.

No permit or license shall be issued unless the person applying for the issuance or renewal of any license or permit shall first provide proof that there are no delinquent property taxes or assessments due on the property wherein or upon which the business or activity is conducted.[1]

The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to nor include any alcoholic beverage license or permit issued pursuant to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, N.J.S.A. 33:1-1 et seq.

In the event any permit holder or licensee who is the owner of the property upon which the licensed activity or business is conducted fails to pay property taxes on the property for at least three consecutive quarters, a notice shall be sent by the Township to said property owner advising that, if his taxes are not brought current within 90 days, then any and all licenses or permits issued by the municipality shall immediately be suspended. Said suspension shall become effective immediately and automatically upon failure of the property owner to bring his taxes current within 90 days from the issuance of the notice by the Township set forth herein.
Upon payment by the licensee or permit holder of all delinquent taxes or assessments on the property on which the licensed activity or business is conducted, said license or permit shall automatically be restored.
The provisions of § 166-7 shall only apply in the event the licensee or permit holder is also the owner of the property upon which the licensed business or activity is conducted.
