(a) 
No person shall:
(1) 
Park a vehicle in other than an established or designated parking area, and such use shall be in accordance with the posted directions thereat and with the instructions of any attendant who may be present.
(2) 
Cause or permit his vehicle to stand anywhere outside of designated parking spaces, except for a reasonable time in a drive, to take up or discharge passengers.
(3) 
Leave a vehicle standing or parked at night in established parking areas or elsewhere in park areas, except as permitted.
(b) 
No motor vehicle shall be parked in said park from one half (1/2) hour after sunset until sunrise, except as otherwise permitted.

(a) 
Speed. No person shall drive a vehicle in any part of the parks or playgrounds proper at a rate of speed exceeding that indicated by signs which may be placed from time to time in the park or playground system, and where such signs are not placed, no person shall drive a vehicle at a rate of speed exceeding twenty-five (25) miles per hour.
(b) 
Restricted areas. No person shall drive any vehicle on any area except the paved park roads or parking areas or such other areas as may on occasion be specifically designated as temporary parking areas by the Recreation Commission in those areas under the supervision and control of the Commission or by the agency having supervision and control of any other area.
