This article shall be known and may be cited as the "Administrative Code of the City of Farrell of January 22, 1976."
A. ADMINISTRATIVE MANUAL ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE CHARTER CITY MANAGER COUNCIL MUNICIPALITY ORDINANCE PUBLISH
The following words, when used in this article shall, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, mean or indicate as follow:
Those documents specifying operational matters of municipal departments including, but not necessarily limited to, descriptions of the duties and responsibilities of subordinate subdivisions of municipal departments, rules and regulations and appropriate administrative procedures, records and reports.
All personnel in those municipal departments of the City of Farrell which are under the authority of the City Manager.
The Home Rule Charter of the City Farrell, Mercer County, Pennsylvania.
The City Manager of the City of Farrell as appointed by the City Council of the City of Farrell, Mercer County, Pennsylvania.
The City Council of the City of Farrell, Mercer County, Pennsylvania.
The City of Farrell, Mercer County, Pennsylvania.
All ordinances of the City of Farrell, including this Administrative Code.
To print in a newspaper of general circulation in the City the entire document or a brief summary thereof with a listing of places where copies have been filed and the times when they are available for public inspection.
B.
In this article, the singular shall include the plural and the plural include the singular. Additionally, the use of the masculine pronoun shall refer to either male or female as the case may be.
