No person shall visit, frequent or become an inmate of any drug house, crack house, house of prostitution, gambling house, disorderly house or place where liquor is illegally sold or drugs are illegally dispensed within the City.

Any person violating any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to a fine of not more than $1,000, plus costs, or to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 90 days, or both.
