It shall be unlawful for any person to appear in restaurants, night clubs, taverns, cabarets, entertainment restaurants, dining and dancing places and similar operations where food and liquor is dispensed, as a waiter, waitress, bartender, barmaid or other employee, dancer, entertainer and/or exhibitionist so costumed or dressed or to conduct themselves therein so that all or substantially all of the human male or female genitals, pubic area or buttocks are wholly or substantially exposed to the public view or so that all or both of the female breasts are wholly or substantially exposed to public view.
It shall be unlawful for any owner, manager, operator or person then in charge of any restaurant, nightclub, tavern, cabaret, entertainment restaurant, dining and dancing place and similar operations where food or alcohol is offered for sale to permit a person to appear in said restaurant, nightclub, tavern, cabaret, entertainment restaurant, dining and dancing place and similar operation where food or alcohol is offered for sale, as a waiter, waitress, bartender, barmaid or other employee, dancer, entertainer or exhibitionist, so costumed or dressed or to so conduct themselves therein so that all or substantially all of the human male or female genitals, pubic area or buttocks are wholly or substantially exposed to the public view, or so that all or both of the female breasts are wholly or substantially exposed to public view.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000, plus costs, or to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 90 days, or both.
