A. 
Adoption of statute. Pursuant to the provisions of § 346.57(4) and (5), Wis. Stats., which statute is adopted and incorporated herein by reference, this section establishing certain speed restrictions in the Town of Addison is hereby created to read as follows.
B. 
Speed limit set. All streets and roads not listed are not posted and will have a speed limit of 55 mph.

C. 
Posting of signs. The head of the Department of Public Works is directed to install the appropriate speed limit signs.
D. 
Penalties for violation of this section. Any person violating this section shall pay a forfeiture as set forth in § 346.60, Wis. Stats., which statutory provisions are adopted and incorporated herein by reference.
