§ 1-731 Nonuniformed Employees Pension Plan.

Effective January 1, 2006, the plan is amended and restated in its entirety by substituting the attached amendment and restatement of the Borough of Gettysburg Nonuniformed Employees' Pension Plan and Trust in its place.[1]
