§ 1-1002 Membership in Council of Governments Authorized.

The Borough of Gettysburg is hereby authorized and directed, through its Borough Council, to cause the Borough of Gettysburg to become a member of the Adams County Council of Governments.

§ 1-1003 Agreement; Authorization to Ratify Bylaws.

The "Adams County Council of Governments Proposed Bylaws and Agreement" is hereby approved as the agreement for the Adams County Council of Governments, and the delegate from the Borough of Gettysburg is hereby authorized to ratify and confirm the said Proposed Bylaws and Agreement as and for the operating instruction for the Council of Governments. A copy of the said Proposed Bylaws is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and is incorporated herein by reference.[1]

§ 1-1004 Delegates to Council of Governments.

The Borough Council of the Borough of Gettysburg shall appoint by resolution, from time to time, a delegate to the Council of Governments and up to two alternate delegates.
