[Adopted ATM 4-27-1998 (Art. XIX of the 1926 Bylaws)]
There shall be no extensions of the public sewer system for
new residential construction in excess of 500 feet in any fiscal year
unless approved by a majority of voters present at an Annual Town
Meeting or a Special Town Meeting called for that purpose.
