Solicitors and canvassers — See Ch. 220.
No person shall collect, deal in, or operate a business for
the purchase, sale or barter of junk, old metals or secondhand articles
within the limits of the Town, unless licensed by the Board of Selectmen.

Whoever violates any Section of this Bylaw shall be punished
by a fine not exceeding $300 for each offense, which shall inure to
the Town. Such fines shall be recovered by indictment or on complaint
before a district court or by noncriminal disposition in accordance
with Massachusetts General Laws.
