No driveway or other access to a public street shall be constructed or altered at the point of intersection with such street unless a written permit is first obtained from the Highway Superintendent. No building permit shall be issued for the construction of a new building or structure unless such access permit has first been obtained.

Whoever violates any Section of this Bylaw shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $300 for each offense, which shall inure to the Town. Such fines shall be recovered by indictment or on complaint before a district court or by noncriminal disposition in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws.
