This Bylaw may be amended from time to time in accordance with
the Zoning Act. During the amendment procedure, subdivision plans
in process of review by the Planning Board under the Subdivision Control
Law[1] shall be subject to the provisions of the Zoning Act.

The invalidity, unconstitutionality or illegality of any provision
of this Bylaw or boundary shown on the Zoning Map shall not have any
effect upon the validity, constitutionality or legality of any other
provisions or boundary.
This Bylaw shall take effect upon the date resulting from the
procedure provided for in MGL c. 40A.
