A. 
No lawn mowing activities of any kind shall be carried on by commercial operators between the hours of 7:00 p.m., prevailing time, and 7:00 a.m. of the following morning, prevailing time.
B. 
The foregoing time limitation shall not strictly apply to commercial operators engaging in lawn mowing activities on a golf course. Commercial operators engaging in lawn mowing activities on a golf course shall be permitted to engage in such activities between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. as may be reasonably necessary for the proper maintenance and operation of the golf course.
Any property owner may engage in lawn mowing activities on his or her own personal property, and the time limitations set forth in § 129-1 shall not apply to such activities.
