The Village Board is hereby authorized to override the tax levy
limit established pursuant to General Municipal Law § 3-c
for fiscal year 2013-2014 and to adopt a budget for fiscal year 2013-2014
that requires a real property tax levy in excess of the amount otherwise
prescribed in General Municipal Law § 3-c.
