A.
Zoning Board
of Appeals, Plan Commission and Town Board members shall be compensated
for their service in an amount as determined from time to time by
resolution of the Town Board.
B.
Compensation
to members of the Zoning Board of Appeals or Plan Commission shall
be paid only for attendance at their appropriate Board or Commission
meetings.
C.
Town Board
members shall be paid a salary plus an amount for attending any meeting
of the Town Board or subunit of the Town Board or in any other official
capacity. For this provision "in an official capacity" means at the
Board's direction and not as an individual citizen representing his
or her own personal interests or gathering information for personal
purposes.
