The Town Board shall appoint a Zoning Administrator who shall serve at the pleasure of the Town Board.
The Zoning Administrator shall be responsible to administer and enforce the Town's Zoning and Land Division Ordinances as required by the provisions of those ordinances. In addition, the Zoning Administrator shall investigate violation complaints, issue notices of violations and orders to comply, and shall assist the Town Attorney in the prosecution of ordinance violators. In the exercise of these duties the Zoning Administrator may:
A. 
Create such forms and procedures deemed necessary to administer and enforce the ordinances; and
B. 
At any reasonable time, enter upon any private or public lands to conduct inspections necessary to the performance of these duties.

The compensation, hours of work and other terms of employment of the Zoning Administrator shall be established from time to time by the Town Board.
