[Adopted 7-19-1979 by Ord. No. 7-79]
The number of "Class A" liquor licenses issued by the Town Board
pursuant to Ch. 125, Wis. Stats., shall be limited to one license
for each 1,500 population or fraction thereof as determined by the
last decennial federal census. A "Class A" retail license shall permit
its holder to sell, deal and traffic in intoxicating liquors only
in original packages or containers which are to be consumed off the
premises so licensed.
