It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to fire or discharge, within 500 feet of any building, any air rifle or BB gun.

It shall be unlawful for any person, being a parent or having in his charge, care or custody any minor child under the age of 18 years, to permit such minor child to fire or discharge any air rifle or BB gun within 500 feet of any building.
Upon conviction of any of the provisions hereof at a summary proceeding before a Magisterial District Judge, the Magisterial District Judge may and shall order forfeiture and destruction of the air rifle or BB gun involved in such violation resulting in conviction.

It shall be unlawful at any time for any person to shoot or discharge any firearm or other deadly weapon within 500 feet of any dwelling, house, residence or other building or camp occupied by human beings or any barn, stable or other building used in connection therewith without the specific permission of the lawful occupant thereof, or except where written permission has been granted by the Board of Commissioners of Penn Township, York County, Pennsylvania.[2]
