A vehicle passing around a rotary traffic island shall be driven only on the right of such island.
A. 
It shall be unlawful to operate any motor vehicle at a speed in excess of 20 miles per hour upon any of the following streets or areas:

From Western Avenue to Brassie Avenue

From Vardon Place to north line of school building extended
B. 
The Director of Public Works shall post appropriate signs indicating such speed limits.
It shall be unlawful to leave any horse or other draft animal unattended in any street without having such animal securely fastened.
It shall be unlawful for any person upon skates, a coaster, sled or other toy vehicle to go upon any roadway other than at a crosswalk.
It shall be unlawful for any person to ride upon the fenders, running board or outside step of any vehicle.
It shall be unlawful to operate any motor vehicle at a speed in excess of 30 m.p.h. on Flossmoor Road between Dixie Highway and Governor's Highway, except that, when entering a school zone, the school zone speed limit of 20 m.p.h. shall apply.

It shall be unlawful to operate any motor vehicle at a speed in excess of 15 m.p.h. in Flossmoor from the nearest intersection to the dead end of the following streets:
