Dischargers shall provide wastewater pretreatment, if required,
to comply with this chapter and shall achieve compliance with all
applicable federal and state pretreatment standards, categorical standards
and local standards. Any facilities required to pretreat wastewater
to a level acceptable to the Township shall be provided, operated
and maintained at the user's expense. Pretreatment facilities shall
be maintained in good working order and operated efficiently by the
owner or operator at its own costs and expense, subject to the requirements
of this chapter and all other applicable state and federal codes,
ordinances and laws.
