Effective upon the end of terms expiring in November of 1989,
Constables for the Town shall be appointed for terms of two years
by the Town Manager.

The Town Council may appoint a Deputy Town Manager with qualifications
it may deem appropriate. The Town Manager shall assign any duties
and responsibilities to the Deputy Town Manager as he may deem appropriate.
