DEP or its designees (e.g., Dauphin County Conservation District) normally ensure compliance with any permits issued, including those for stormwater management. In addition to DEP compliance programs, the Township or his municipal assignee may inspect all phases of the installation of the permanent stormwater management facilities.

During any stage of the earth disturbance activities, if the Township determines that the permanent stormwater management facilities are not being installed in accordance with the approved Stormwater Management Plan, the Township shall revoke any existing permits until a revised Drainage Plan is submitted and approved as specified in this Chapter.
