A.
All sewage shall be disposed of through a wastewater system which
meets all the current requirements of the New Hampshire Department
of Environmental Services and the Town of Salem.
B.
Existing wastewater systems shall not create a public health hazard.
C.
No increase in seating capacity in an existing food service establishment which has a private wastewater system, as referred to in Subsection A, shall be approved prior to the Health Division receiving written documentation from the Salem Engineering Department and the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services that such increase complies with New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services Rules Env-Wq 1000.[1]
