A. 
Food service establishment or retail food store operations shall:
(1) 
Not be conducted in any room used as living or sleeping quarters; and
(2) 
Be separated from any living or sleeping quarters by complete partitioning and solid, self-closing doors.
B. 
Use of laundry facilities.
(1) 
Laundry facilities in food service establishments or retail food stores shall be restricted to the washing and drying of linens, cloths, uniforms and aprons necessary to the operation.
(2) 
If the items included under Subsection B(1) above are laundered on the premises, an electric or gas dryer shall be provided and used.
C. 
If only wiping cloths are laundered on the premises, Subsection B above shall not apply.
D. 
Location of laundry facilities. Laundry facilities shall be located in rooms separate from the food preparation area or in storage rooms containing only packaged foods or packaged single-service articles.
