[Adopted by the 1981 Town Meeting (Ch. 63 of the 1995 Code)]
The Town, under the provisions of RSA 35-B:3, hereby designates
the Selectmen as the board responsible for providing leisure-time
services to the Town of Salem and authorizes the Selectmen to exercise
the powers listed in RSA 35-B:1 and RSA 35-B:3.
