Note: The Financial Policies of the City of O’Fallon,
as previously adopted by Ord. No. 6132, were amended on 10-27-2016
by Ord. No. 6265. Additionally, Policy No. 800 of the Financial Policies,
entitled “Purchasing,” was amended by the addition of
Section 13, Design-Build, on 6-22-2017 by Ord. No. 6354. Additionally,
Policy No. 900 of the Financial Policies, entitled “Capital
Assets Reporting,” and Policy No. 1000 of the Financial Policies,
entitled "Surplus Property Disposal," were amended on 12-10-2020 by
Ord. No. 6735.
Note: Ord. No. 5437 § 1, adopted March 12, 2009,
enacted an "investment policy" to guide policy for investment of City
funds. This policy is on file in the City offices.
