Smoking and the use or possession of tobacco products at any
school facility or property situated within the Township by students
and/or minors is prohibited as of September 1, 1996.
Any individual guilty of smoking and/or the use or possession
of tobacco products at any school facility or property will be subject
to a fine of up to $100 and/or community service as determined by
the court.
Section 408-1 shall be enforced by the administrative officials of the school districts and/or school facilities where such prohibited activities are undertaken.
