Pursuant to the provisions of the Executive Law of the State
of New York, Article 18, § 381.2, the Town of Hartford relinquishes
its responsibility for the administration and enforcement of the New
York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code, effective January
1, 1985, or upon assumption of the responsibilities by Washington
County, whichever is sooner.
