This chapter shall not interfere with or annul any ordinance,
rule, regulation or permit, provided that, unless specifically excepted,
where this chapter is more stringent, it shall control.
In addition to other remedies provided in this chapter, any
person violating any provision of this chapter shall be subject to
a fine up to the maximum allowed pursuant to RSA 48-A. Each day that
a violation continues shall be considered a separate offense.
