No person in the City shall operate a motorbike, motorcycle, motor trail bike or other motor vehicle upon, over, along or across any access bridge or driveway into any City park or within any City park except those designated for parking of vehicles.

No person in the City shall operate a motorbike, motorcycle, motor trail bike or other motor vehicle upon, over, along or across any bike trail except where the bike trail is upon, over or across a public highway, road or street.

The Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to erect appropriate signs prohibiting the operation of motorbikes, motorcycles, motor trail bikes or other motor vehicles upon, over, along or across any access bridge or driveway or within any City park or upon, over or across any bike trail, except those areas designated for parking of motor vehicles.
