Except in Zoning District with "DT" restrictions, all buildings and structures hereafter erected, constructed, reconstructed or altered shall be provided with off-street parking space, either in the form of parking garages or open parking area, for parking of motor vehicles in accordance with the following minimum requirements. In a residence district, no part of an off-street parking area, driveways excluded, shall be located in the required front yard. All loading areas shall be so located that delivery or loading vehicles shall not obstruct streets, walks or public rights-of-way.

Residential off-street parking requirements are as follows:

Residential, multiple-family

Housing for the elderly
1 for each 2 units and 1 for each employee
Should units revert to general occupancy, then 2 spaces per unit shall be provided.
Mobile home park
2 for each mobile home site and 1 for each employee of the mobile home park.

Institutional off-street parking requirements are as follows:

Elementary and junior high schools
1 for each teacher, employee or administrator in addition to the requirements of the auditorium
Senior high schools
1 for each teacher, employee or administrator and 1 for each 10 students, in addition to the requirements of the auditorium
Private clubs or lodge halls
1 for each 3 persons allowed within the maximum occupancy load as established by local, County or State fire, building or health codes
Private golf clubs, swimming pool clubs, tennis clubs or other similar uses
1 for each 2 member family or individuals plus spaces required for each accessory use, such as a restaurant or bar
Golf courses open to the general public, except miniature or "par-3" courses
6 for each 1 golf hole and 1 for each employee, plus spaces required for each accessory use such as a restaurant or bar
Fraternity or sorority
1 for each 5 permitted active members or 1 for each 2 beds, whichever is greater
Stadium, sports arena or similar place of outdoor assembly
1 for each 3 seats or 6 feet of benches
Theater and auditorium
1 for each 3 seats plus 1 for each 2 employees
Nursery school, day nurseries or child care centers
1 for each 350 square feet of usable floor space

Business and commercial off-street parking requirements are as follows:

Autowash (automatic)
1 for each employee. In addition, reservoir parking spaces equal in number to 3 times the maximum capacity of the autowash. Maximum capacity of the autowash shall mean the greatest number of automobiles possible undergoing some phase of washing at the same time, shall be determined by dividing the length in feet of each wash line by 20
Autowash (self-service or coin-operated)
5 for each washing stall in addition to the stall itself
Beauty parlor or barbershop
3 spaces for each of the first 2 beauty or barber chairs and 1½ for each additional chair
Bowling alleys
5 for each bowling lane plus accessory uses
Dance halls, pool or billiard parlors, roller or skating rinks, exhibition halls and assembly halls without fixed seats, establishments for sale and consumption on the premises of beverages, food or refreshments
1 for every 200 square feet of floor space in the building
Furniture and appliance, household equipment, repair shops, show room of a plumber, decorator, electrician or similar trade, shoe repair and other similar uses
1 for each 800 square feet of usable floor area. (For that floor area used in processing, 1 additional space shall be provided for each 2 persons employed therein.)
Gasoline service stations
2 for each lubrication stall, rack or pit and 1 for each gasoline pump
Laundromats and coin-operated dry cleaners
1 for each 2 washing and/or dry cleaning machines
Miniature or "par-3" golf courses
3 for each hole plus 1 for each employee
Mortuary establishments
1 for each 50 square feet of usable floor space
Motel, hotel or other commercial lodging establishments
1 for each occupancy unit plus 1 for each employee
Motor vehicular sales and service establishments
1 for each 200 square feet of usable floor space for sales room and 1 for each auto service stall in the service room
Retail stores, except as otherwise specified herein
1 for each 200 square feet of usable floor space

Office off-street parking requirements are as follows:

1 for each 50 square feet of usable floor area in waiting rooms and 1 for each examining room, dental chair or similar use area

Industrial off-street parking requirements are as follows:
