A.
Any person who violates any provision of this Chapter for which no other penalty is set forth shall be subject to the penalty set forth in Section 100.150 of this Code of Ordinances.
C.
Any person found guilty of violating the terms of Article III, Solicitors, Sections 640.080 through 640.130 shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense and shall be prohibited from obtaining a permit for a period of two (2) years from the date of being found guilty.
