A.
This section is intended to provide for a zoning district that permits
industrial and other uses that are generally or environmentally incompatible
when situated in or near residential districts but that are beneficial
in that they provide industrial employment opportunities or serve
a useful or necessary function in the region.
B.
The following regulations shall apply in all I-2 Districts.

A.
Manufacturing, processing or assembling of materials into a finished
product.
C.
Light industry.
D.
Assembly of component parts.
E.
Wholesale business and storage.
F.
Warehousing of goods for distribution.
G.
Research facilities, including laboratories and testing facilities.
H.
Business offices.
I.
Medical offices.
J.
Public utility facilities.
Accessory uses and buildings must be incidental to the principal
use and located on the same lot with the principal building. Allowable
accessory uses and buildings are as follows:
Appropriate buffers, landscaping and setbacks will be determined
during site plan review.
