The Mechanical Code of the City of Wildwood may be enforced pursuant to the terms of a contractual agreement entered into between the City of Wildwood and St. Louis County.
B. 
The Mechanical Code (including Fire Suppression Systems, Elevators and Conveying Systems, Amusement Rides and Periodic Inspections of Mechanical Equipment), Chapter 1108, SLCRO 27,619 (Approved 12/05/19, Adopted 04/01/20), as amended, is hereby adopted as the Mechanical Code, as amended, of the City of Wildwood, Missouri, and same is on file in the City offices and incorporated herein by reference.
