A. Adoption. A certain document, one (1) copy of which is on file in the office of the Building Inspector for the City of Knob Noster, being marked and designated as the International Mechanical Code, 2003 Edition, including Appendix Chapters, as published by the International Code Council, be and is hereby adopted as the Mechanical Code of the City of Knob Noster in the State of Missouri regulating and governing the design, construction, quality of materials, erection, installation, alteration, repair, location, relocation, replacement, addition to, use or maintenance of mechanical systems as herein provided; providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefore; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said Mechanical Code on file in the office of the City of Knob Noster are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this Section, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in Subsection
(B) of this Section.
B. Amendments. The following Sections are hereby revised:

Section 108.4 Insert: Misdemeanor, Not less

Any firm, association, person, partnership or corporation, or
any agent thereof, who violates any provisions of this Article shall
be guilty of an ordinance violation, upon the conviction of which
shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more
than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or be imprisoned for not more
than twenty (20) days, or both. Each day during which such violation
shall continue to exist is a separate offense.
