The Board of Aldermen of the City of Knob Noster, Missouri,
hereby finds that it is necessary to limit the number of garage sales
which each householder may have at his or her residence in the City
of Knob Noster, Missouri to two (2) garage sales, each sale of two
(2) days in duration, in one (1) calendar year.

Any person having a garage sale in the City of Knob Noster,
Missouri, shall be required to obtain a permit from the City Collector
of Knob Noster, Missouri, for each garage sale not exceeding two (2)
garage sales, each sale of two (2) days in duration, in any one (1)
calendar year and the cost of each permit for each such garage sale
shall be one dollar ($1.00) to be paid by the householder having such
garage sale to the City Collector of Knob Noster, Missouri.
