Any person aggrieved by a decision or order of the Public Works
Department may appeal in writing within thirty (30) days after the
issuance of such decision or order to the Public Works Director or
his/her designee of City of Hazelwood and shall be entitled to a hearing
before the Board of Adjustment of City of Hazelwood within sixty (60)
days of receipt of the written appeal.

Any person aggrieved by a decision or order of the Public Works
Department, after exhausting all administrative remedies, shall have
the right to appeal de novo to the Circuit Court of St. Louis County.
