The Code Enforcement Officer of the Village of LeRoy be and he hereby is empowered and authorized to enforce any and all ordinances, codes, local laws, rules and regulations of the Town of LeRoy, including but not limited to, Chapter 165, Zoning, the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code and Chapter 96, Junkyards, except those ordinances, local laws, rules and regulations which are specifically required to be enforced by another officer of the Town.
