The purpose of this chapter is to provide a reasonable and proper basis for the design and construction of a residential, commercial or industrial project having site improvements including sanitary sewer, storm drainage, water main, site grading, paving, sidewalks, lakes and ponds. The term "project" shall include all types of development within the township, regardless of size.
