Fees and related expenses for examination and inspection of plats, land proposed to be subdivided, and divisions of land exempt from platting shall be paid to the township by the proprietor. Such fees shall include the township fee; the planner's fee; the engineer's fee; and, on a cluster or planned unit development, the township attorney's fee will be based upon his arrangement with the township in effect at said time. The legal fees shall be over and above the other charges herein listed. Preliminary and final plat review fees shall be paid by the proprietor as follows in section 58-92.

The schedule of fees for review of plats shall be as adopted by separate resolution of the township board of trustees and may be modified by resolution of the township board as necessary.
The above fees cover review, subdivision, preliminary plans and plats only. Township charges for review of construction plans for improvements and for inspection of construction may either be covered under section 58-93 or by separate ordinance of the township.

Engineering plan review to be charged in accordance with such fee schedule as the governing body by resolution may adopt from time-to-time.

Any services required by the township attorney will be charged on an hourly basis in accordance with the then-existing contract between the township attorney and the township.
