The Codes Enforcement Officer will carry out
the duties assigned by this chapter or by any additional regulations
adopted. The Codes Enforcement Officer shall be responsible for the
overall inspection of site improvements, including coordination with
the Planning Board and other officials and agencies, as appropriate.
No building permit, certificate of occupancy or other permit shall
be issued unless and until the required site plan approval is obtained.

Unless otherwise stated, a violation of this chapter shall be
an offense punishable by a fine not to exceed $500 or by imprisonment
for a period not to exceed 10 days, or both. Each day’s continued
violation shall constitute a separate, additional violation.
