Any person who owns or is using premises other than as a single-family
use who wishes to build or construct a dock, pier or piling upon those
premises shall comply in respect to the general conditions and requirements
of this article. An applicant in this category shall submit a plan
certified and sealed by a structural or civil engineer. This plan
shall be submitted for final approval to the township board, which
may permit deviations necessitated by the use proposed.
