If any two (2) or more persons shall in any public place within
this City voluntarily or by agreement engage in any fight, or use
any blows or violence towards each other in an angry or quarrelsome
manner, or do each other any willful mischief, or if any person shall
assault another and strike him/her, in any public place within this
City to the terror or disturbance of others, the person or persons
so offending shall be deemed guilty of an affray and upon conviction
shall be deemed guilty of an ordinance violation.
A person commits the offense of false imprisonment if he/she
knowingly restrains another unlawfully and without consent so as to
interfere substantially with his/her liberty.
